•       We do not prescribe or dispense pharmaceutical compounds or supplements

•       We do not employ physicians, nurses, or licensed medical professionals in a clinical capacity

All medical treatments, consultations, prescriptions, and clinical decisions are made exclusively by licensed physicians and medical professionals at our independent partner clinics in Costa Rica. Our role is limited to coordinating your travel, accommodations, and clinic introductions.

4. Retreat Coordination Services

Our retreat packages include coordination services such as transportation, accommodation at the Sloth Life Beach House, chef dinners, excursion arrangements, and clinic appointment scheduling. These services are subject to:

•       Availability of the Sloth Life Beach House and our partner clinics on your requested dates

•       Minimum booking requirements as stated in our package descriptions

•       Payment of the applicable package fee prior to retreat confirmation

•       Your completion of any required pre-treatment consultations with our partner physicians

5. Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies are confirmed individually on your consultation call and in your booking confirmation. As general guidelines:

•       A deposit is required to confirm your retreat dates

•       Cancellations made more than 30 days before your retreat start date are eligible for a deposit refund less a coordination fee

•       Cancellations made within 30 days of your retreat start date may forfeit the deposit

•       Medical procedure costs are paid directly to our partner clinics and are subject to each clinic's individual payment and cancellation policies

All payment terms are confirmed in writing before any payment is collected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sloth Life Rejuvenation Tours and its owners shall not be liable for:

•       Any medical outcomes, complications, or adverse effects arising from treatments performed by our partner clinics or any third-party medical providers

•       Any injury, illness, or loss occurring during your travel to or from Costa Rica

•       Any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during your retreat

•       Any acts or omissions of third-party service providers including airlines, transfer companies, restaurants, or activity operators

•       Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our coordination services shall not exceed the retreat package fee you paid to Sloth Life Rejuvenation Tours.
